Knitted sweater designer

Job responsibilities:

1. Execute the overall development plan and assist the design team leader/design director in developing product series;

2. Predict fashion trends and propose new product development plans;

3. Control the development progress of the team, accurately grasp the product series, popular elements, and category structure;

4. Responsible for tracking the progress from design drafts to sample clothing orders, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of product reproduction of sample clothing;

5. Responsible for confirming the style, quality, and related details of bulk orders before placing them;

6. Participate in market research and develop research reports, analyze target customer needs, and ensure that design and development match market demands;

7. Predict fashion trends and propose new product development plans;

8. Responsible for the development planning and integration of a series of products, preparing for various ordering meetings, and supervising their implementation.
